Using AI Content Comments for SU Social

Introduction

In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, leveraging AI-generated content offers a myriad of advantages for enhancing engagement and fostering meaningful interactions on your social platforms. Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence in SU Social enables users to streamline their commenting process by providing relevant, tailored responses that resonate with the audience, thereby saving time and effort while maintaining authenticity and relevance.

Open AI

Before you can use AI in SU Social, you must have an OpenAI API key added to the Settings > Connectivity tab. Otherwise, you’ll get this error prompt.

AI Comment options

There are a handful of applications in SU Social for using AI Comments and we have listed them here for you:

Instagram Comments

Navigate to the Comment > Sources tab to configure the comment text, then put a check on Use AI Content and enter your desired prompt.  With Instagram, you first need to specify the [AI_CONTENT] token for SU Social to recognize that you will use AI instead of creating your own comment text.

Instagram Like Comments > Reply to comment after like

Similar to the steps above, the same thing applies to replying to IG comments. Take note, though, that there is no standalone Reply Comments tool. Instead, you can find it in the After Like Actions of the IG Like Comments tool.

Facebook Comments

Using the Comment/Likes tab of the FB Comment&Like tool, you can specify to Use AI Content per keyword entry

LinkedIn Comments

When specifying your LinkedIn Comment Sources, tick the box to Use AI Content and enter your desired prompt instead of directly typing the message in the Message box.

Pinterest Comments

There’s only one source in the Pinterest Comment tool so it’s easier to see the Use AI Content checkbox. 

YouTube  Comments

Instead of typing the message straight into the Message field, check the Use AI Content option and provide your preferred prompt when defining your YouTube Comment Sources.

Reddit Comments

Select Use AI Content when choosing your Reddit Comment Sources, then type your preferred prompt in the Message form rather than inputting the message manually.

Twitter Replies

There’s no comment tool for Twitter but we have incorporated the usage of AI-generated responses in the Reply Sources of the Twitter Retweet/Reply tool.

Quora Answers

From the Use Questions tab of the Quora Answers tool, there’s an option to Use OpenAI to generate answers instead of manually adding them in the Answers tab.
