How to Submit a Support Ticket for SU Social Support

Our customer support team is available to assist you with any inquiries you may have. To reach out to us, simply use the Contact Support feature located within the Dashboard section of the application.

  1. Your active SU Social account’s email address can be entered in the email field which is the first thing you see. This will guarantee that when we respond to your inquiry, we have all the data we need to do so regarding your account.
  2. After entering your email, you’ll be asked to choose the relevant category for your issue using the category dropdown menu. This will help direct your request to the appropriate department for a quicker resolution.
  3. Next is the text field where you can describe your problem in great detail.
  4. To aid in the resolution of your issue, you have the option to include product logs by checking the respective box. This could make it easier for us to identify the problem.
  5. You can use the Send Photos option if you need to send us some screenshots. This will give us a clearer understanding of the problem you’ve encountered. Simply select the Photos button and select the necessary screenshots.
  6. Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click the Send Ticket button to submit your request.
  7. In case you’re unable to use the Contact Support form within the application, you can always reach us through our online form on our website or by directly sending us an email.
