Introduction

SU Social is a powerful tool for managing multiple social media accounts. With its Actions tab, you have access to a variety of options to manage your groups and social profiles in bulk. From saving and editing tags to exporting and importing information, SU Social offers a convenient way to manage your social media accounts effectively.

Working your way through the Actions tab

In general, the Actions tab is used to save and edit all of the group tags and Social Profile tags in SU Social in bulk, in case you want to save tags to restore them later or if you want to change them.

  • EXPORT GROUPS TAGS – You can use this option to export all of the groups with tags that you have on your SU Social profiles.
  • IMPORT GROUPS TAGS – Choose this option if you want to import group tags after changing them on the exported file from above, or if you want to restore the original group tags.

✅ You cannot import groups with tags to another SU Social instance or after removing the exported groups’ original social profiles. These two options are primarily used to save, edit, import, and/or restore group tags from the same social profiles.

  • EXPORT GROUPS TAGS FULL INFO – Use this option to export all of the existing groups on all of your SU Social social profiles, along with the following information: the name, link, tag, original account, type, and the number of members of each group.
  • EXPORT SOCIAL PROFILES TAGS – Select this option to export the tags used to categorize your accounts in Social Profiles.
  • IMPORT SOCIAL PROFILES TAGS – Use this option to import and apply your edited tags to your social profiles, or to restore the original tags.

✅ You cannot import social profiles tags to another instance of SU Social or after removing the social profiles, just as you cannot import groups tags.

  • COMPACT DATABASE – You can use this option to compress the database size in order to reduce the amount of space SU Social takes up on your hard drive.
  • DELETE ALL RESULTS – Select this option to delete all results from all tools across all social profiles. This is useful if you want to start fresh.
  • RESET ALL IG ACCOUNTS DEVICE IDS – This will clear the device IDs for all SU Social Instagram accounts.
  • RESET ALL IG ACCOUNTS API SCRAPE SUSPENSION BLOCKS – If you want the scrape API calls to retry execution while ignoring the current suspension times, use this.
  • DELETE ALL RESULTS – Select this option to delete all results from all tools across all social profiles. This is useful if you want to start fresh.
  • ADJUST INSTAGRAM SETTINGS BY XX% – This option will either increase or decrease settings for all of your Instagram accounts’ Follow, Unfollow, Like, Comment, Like Comments, and Story Viewer tools by XX%.

This focuses on the wait time between operations as well as the number of actions per operation.

For example, you currently have the following Follow tool settings:

Wait 6 – 10 minutes between new operations and follow 6 – 10 people per operation.

If all settings are increased by 50%, the settings will be:

Wait between 3 – 5 minutes before each new operation and Follow between 9 – 15 people per operation. (more people to follow with less wait time)

However, if you reduce all settings by 50% from our default, the settings will be:

Wait between 9 – 15 minutes before each new operation and Follow between 3 – 5 people per operation. (fewer people to follow with more wait time)
