How To Use The My Account Tab

Introduction

It’s essential to keep your SU Social license and account information up to date, and the majority of users frequently send emails to request this information. However, there is a quicker way to learn more or renew your license, and it is available. And it is literally and figuratively at your fingertips, just a click away.

Where can I find the My Account tab?

To get there, simply click on the My Account button in SU Social‘s left panel menu.

There are two sub-tabs there:

  • My Subscription
  • Account Information

My Subscription tab

This tab displays information about your current licenses, such as the type of plan, the license’s status, the number of licenses registered to the account, and the number of days remaining on your license.

Aside from your license information, this is also the page where you can Renew Your License. You have the option of selecting a license type (subscription or direct payment), an account plan (Starter, Regular, Professional, or Premium), and the number of licenses.

Account Information tab

This tab, as the name suggests, allows you to view information about your SU Social account. You’ll see the current version of your software, your email address, and the name of the person to whom the software is licensed.

This tab contains quick access buttons to the following:

  • Open Website Account – When clicked, a browser is launched that redirects to the online SU Social account.
  • View Invoices – This will display your subscription invoices.
  • Logout – You are logged out of SU Social.
  • Reset Password – To change your SU Social password, click here.

You can also get a quick overview of your total posts, average posts per day, and minimum and maximum posts per day. There is also an action link that will route you to the Dashboard > Statistics tab.
