Whether you are a long-time user or a newcomer to the platform, this guide will help you navigate the intricacies of SuSocial’s payment system and ensure a seamless experience. So, let’s delve into the details and learn how to make payments and renew licenses on SuSocial with ease.

Can I Pay Using Credit Card?

We do accept credit card payments; however, there is one drawback to be aware of. Unfortunately, it is not possible to establish a recurring subscription using this payment method. As a result, each payment will need to be made manually on every occasion, rather than being automatically deducted.

To make a payment via credit card, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Log into your SUSOCIAL account on the web (https://account.susocial.com)
  2. Go to My Profile page.
  3. From New License type, please choose “Direct payment for 1 month” instead of “Create 1-month subscription”
  4. Click the “Credit Card check out” button and follow the rest of the steps from there.

In case the “New License type” option is not visible and you encounter a “cancel subscription” button instead, please proceed by canceling your existing subscription. Once canceled, you will gain access to the renewal options for your license. Rest assured that this cancellation process will not result in any loss of your valuable data and settings.
