SuSocial License Limit Reached
Introduction
If you attempt to access your SuSocial application from a new computer or VPS, you may receive the following error message. This is because if you have a license for a limited number of PCs, you cannot use your application from multiple devices simultaneously:
“You have reached the maximum number of computers you can run your SuSocial account on at the same time.”
How To allow Access To Your SuSocial app from a new Computer/VPS
To log in from a new computer, you must first remove one of the devices that are already in use.
This occurs when attempting to log in to SuSocial on a new device while the license is already in use on another machine. You have two options:
- Purchase additional licenses if you require SuSocial access on multiple devices. The process for upgrading to a higher plan is detailed in “How Can I Upgrade To The Next Higher Plan.”
- Click on the “Unlink A Computer” button and remove all computers from the Licenses page before logging back in to the SuSocial app.
If you are not logged in on any other device, this issue may arise due to a Windows update causing your computer’s name or data to change, which SuSocial recognizes as a new device. To resolve this, log in to your SuSocial account at http://bit.ly/3KahaqF and remove all devices from the Licenses page by selecting the red “X.”
Now, try to access your SuSocial app, and rest assured that you won’t lose any of your settings or data when logging in to the SuSocial app.
Summary
In conclusion, accessing your SuSocial application from a new computer or VPS may result in an error message if you have a license for a limited number of PCs. However, there are two solutions to this issue: purchasing additional licenses for multiple devices or unlinking a computer and removing it from the Licenses page. If the issue arises due to a Windows update, logging in to your SuSocial account and removing all devices from the Licenses page can resolve it. Regardless of the solution, you can log in to your SuSocial app without losing any settings or data.
