The SUSocial affiliate program is not open to free registration. We are only looking for serious marketers that have good traffic sources as affiliates. We vet everyone that we accept. Contact us if after you’ve read the below terms and conditions and if you agree to them.

Terms and conditions of the affiliate system

• Buying SuSocial under your own affiliate ID or a friend’s ID for a discount is not allowed. This is considered abuse and can result in losing both accounts and any money involved.
• You’ll earn a 20% commission on all purchases made by people you refer using your affiliate link as long as they continue making payments.
• The exact commission is calculated based on the amount received after deducting merchant fees (usually 1.5-4% of the sale price).
• In order to receive a payment you have to keep being active, if your account is inactive for more than 6 months ( meaning it did not send any new affiliate in the last 6 months ) than we reserve the right to close that account.
• Sales are tracked using session cookies, which is the default browser option for most users.
• Your commission will be paid to you within 45 days after the end of the transaction month, once you have accumulated a minimum of $500 in commission.
• Unethical use or abuse of the SuSocial Affiliate Program violates the terms and can result in termination of your affiliate account, with all earned commission being forfeited.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior written notification.
• In the case of a charge-back or refund on a paid transaction, those funds will be deducted from your current balance. If your balance is zero or insufficient, you may be contacted to return any funds earned (on that transaction and not covered by the above) to us.
• You must use the Affiliate Program in a manner that shows common sense and respects the rights of SuSocial and third parties.
• You may not use our Affiliate Program on a website promoting sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Any advertisement causing damage to our name or products is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account, with all earned commission being forfeited.
• Spam, unwanted commercial email, and posting in inappropriate newsgroups, social networks, or forums are also prohibited.
• You may not advertise in a way that conceals or misrepresents your identity, domain name, or return email address.
• Promotion of SuSocial through fake coupon code sites is not allowed. SuSocial does not provide coupon codes, so this can harm our reputation.
• Competitive brand bidding on major ad channels like AdWords and Bing is not permitted. All brand keywords should be added to the negative keyword list if you’re running ad promotions. This includes common misspellings of our brand keywords.
• Registering domains using our brand name to promote SuSocial is prohibited.
• Falsely promoting SuSocial using misleading words like “free” or “official” is not allowed.
• Copying any part of the site or landing page that is not provided in the affiliate section is prohibited. Only the provided material is intended for affiliate use; otherwise, you’ll need to create your own material.
• Creating press releases in our name is not permitted.
• I want to emphasize again: Using your affiliate account to purchase SuSocial for yourself at a discounted rate is considered fraud and will result in immediate termination of both your accounts, with any commission considered forfeit.
• We will not manually add commissions. The tracking is fully functional, there are no errors so this was probably a try to cheat. Please refer to the points above for clarification.
• You are not allowed to copy any part of our site or blog to promote your affiliate link. All promotional material must be created by you and be unique (except for the images provided in your affiliate account). If you’re caught doing this, your affiliate account will be terminated immediately, and any commission earned up to that point will be forfeited.
• Sharing an account with multiple people is also prohibited and we reserve the right to close all accounts caught doing this.
• Cookies are persistent for 30 days, who brings a visitor for the first time on our site gets the commission for that visitor if he subscribes.
